Sunday Sermon Share Day: Natasha’s Daily Scripture, Prayer, and Reflection for 1/6/13

Welcome to Sunday Sermon Share Day for 1/6/13. Below please find the subject of today’s sermon, several scriptural selections, and highlights from today’s sermon.

Today’s Subject: God
Today’s Scripture selections are:

Matthew 6:6
Matthew 7:7-9
Jeremiah 9:23, 24
Jeremiah 29:11-14
Psalms 66:19
Psalms 107:8-10, 14, 15, 20, 42, 43
Numbers 6:25, 26

Highlights from today’s sermon:

God is All-ness. God is Incorporeal, divine, supreme, infinite, Mind, Spirit, Soul, Principle, Life, Truth, Love.
God is the divine principal of all that there really is. Spirit, Life, Truth, and Love combine to represent God.

All substance, intelligence, wisdom, being, immortality, cause and effect, belong to God. These are His attributes.

No wisdom is wise but His wisdom. No truth is true. No love is lovely. No life is life but the Divine. No good is but the good God bestows. All in Mind and Mind is God. All power. All presence. All science. All is in reality the manifestation of God. The true understanding of God is spiritual.

Man has and always will be God’s reflection.

The power of God brings deliverance to the captive.
Daniel felt safe in the lions den because of God’s love and care.

Divine Truth, Life and Love gave Jesus authority over sin, disease, and death. Jesus taught that one God, one Spirit made man out of the image and likeness of God.

Jesus did the will of the Father. He healed in accordance to God’s law of Truth. Not mans.

Sickness and sin are illusions, and not of God.
Truth casts out error and heals the sick.
Jesus demonstrated Love.

Faith has two definitions: trustfulness and trustworthiness. One trusts others and the other has blind faith in Divine Truth, and self-reliant trustworthiness that places all in God.

In order to pray right we must be silent, closed mouth, deny sin and plead for God’s all-ness.
