Natasha’s Daily Scripture, Prayer, and Reflection for 1.16.13

Then King Nebuchadnezzar jumped up in alarm. He said to his advisers, “Didn’t we throw three men, bound, into the fire? ”

“Yes, of course, Your Majesty,” they replied to the king. He exclaimed, “Look! I see four men, not tied, walking around in the fire unharmed; and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”

….When the satraps, prefects, governors, and the king’s advisers gathered around, they saw that the fire had no effect on the bodies of these men: not a hair of their heads was singed, their robes were unaffected, and there was no smell of fire on them.

Nebuchadnezzar exclaimed, “Praise to the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego! He sent His angel and rescued His servants who trusted in Him. They violated the king’s command and risked their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.

Pray
No matter what I face in life You will deal with it. My enemies have no power or control over me. This walk is between us Lord. You determine the details and I focus on obeying. I will keep pushing myself each day believing in Jesus’ teachings, and being the person that You expect.

Reflection
No matter what someone else perceives to be true, God determines how things play out. You have a choice–to follow Jesus down God’s path—or believe the enemy.

Don’t allow doubters fill your mind with their nonsense. Don’t let cheaters steal your joy. Don’t let anyone enslave your mind.

Happy Wednesday Family!

Love,

Natasha
