Natasha’s Daily Scripture, Prayer, and Reflection for 2.7.13

So he answered me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by strength or by might, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of Hosts.

Zechariah 4:6 HCSB

Pray
Father You are the power, presence, and light that makes things happen, obstacles move, and circumstances change. I thank You for making things possible in my life. I thank You for giving me the chance to be better, do better, and live better. Thank You for giving me the skills, talents, and gifts to overcome life’s challenges, and be filled with hope and faith for tomorrow. Thank You for Your love.

Reflection
We are of the thinking that force and strength are the power that moves objects and things. But we are wrong. It is God and His Spirit, and presence that moves heaven, Earth, and all of existence. The materials, components, and molecular structures are created and capable of shifting are perceptions and realities by and because of God.

Our limited thinking prevents us from fully considering, embracing, and celebrating His limitless capability and power. We cannot possibly understand and fathom what He is, what He does, and why He does it. But we can open ourselves to serving Him and allowing Him to move us where we need to be, so that we can be the best that we can be.

Celebrate Him. Praise Him. Honor Him. Obey Him. Share His love with the world. Happy Thursday family!

Love always,

Natasha
