Natasha’s Daily Scripture, Prayer, and Reflection for 7.22.14

God made the moon for the seasons, and the sun too, which knows when to set. You bring on the darkness and it is night, when every forest animal prowls. The young lions roar for their prey, seeking their food from God. When the sun rises, they gather together and lie down in their dens. Then people go off to their work, to do their work until evening.

Psalms‬ ‭104‬:‭19-23‬ CEB

Pray
All life, all ideas, all manifestations, are all because of You Father. The timing of all life patterns for every living is set by Your clock. You are awesome Father. I praise You. I thank You for all that You have done and made possible. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Reflection
Read each line in today’s passage word for word, slowly. The sun knows when to set, darkness is the signal for animals to know when to prowl, while the sunrise is a notification for humans to go to work. All of His creatures work on His schedule, and He is in constant watch over our movements. That means we are never separated from God.

Questions of the Day
1. What could argument could challenge the descriptions made in today’s scripture?

2. How does today’s scripture make you feel about yourself and your circumstances, and about God and His omnipresence?
