Natasha’s Daily Scripture, Prayer, and Reflection for 8.11.14

Note: My apologies for the late post.

All bitterness, anger and wrath, shouting and slander must be removed from you, along with all malice.

Ephesians‬ ‭4‬:‭31‬ HCSB

Pray
Father purge out of me all things that are undesirable to You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Reflection
You practice what you ingest and take in each day. You live what you practice. You are how you live. Your image to the world is how they will approach, engage, and interact with you–or not. Thoughtfully consider what you allow to come into your mind and being, and be mindful of what you practice into habit, so that the life you live is well-represented.

Questions of the Day
1. What stereotypes about other people, cultures, religions, sexual orientations, races, and nationalities have you ignorantly believed and openly conveyed to others?

2. What perceived or actual images would you like to change about yourself?

3. What role did you play in creating this image that others see in you?

4. What internal and external forces helped in creating this image of you?

5. How has your environment molded you into who you are and what you represent?
