Natasha’s Daily Scripture, Prayer, and Reflection for 9.21.15

Scripture

Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
Psalm 139:23-24 NIV
Pray

Father You know me. I trust You. I release all to You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Reflection

I know that I’m a work in progress and that God is constantly molding me, and molding out of me all that displeases Him. I don’t need to be concerned with aligning with the world, or the people in it. My focus, and your focus, should be on aligning with God’s way and wishes.
I read this beautiful reflection share by DaySpring that said:

“You are the only you the world has. The only one we really need. The only one who, according to Psalm 139, has been…examined by God, protected by Him, followed by Him, carefully created by Him, known by Him, blessed by Him, guided by Him, seen by Him, strengthened by Him, supported by Him, led by Him.”
That says it all folks!
Questions of the Day

2. What would you like to add to today’s prayer and/or reflection?

Please also feel free to share this post with others. We’re never quite sure who needs to hear and see what, and when! It would be awesome if whenever you run across a prayer, message, or scripture that moves you, you would kindly share it with the rest of us. You can post it on this blog or send me an email.
Love always,

Natasha
