I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe.
Ephesians 1:18, 19 NASB
Father I want to thank You for my blessings. I know that I don’t deserve them, but Your love, mercy, and grace overshadow any deficiency that I might have. Thank You Father. Amen.
Be grateful for all of the gifts, blessings, talents, and special qualities that God has given you. What He intends for you, is for you. Don’t be concerned or consumed by what others have, or how their lives appear to be in comparison to yours. God never gives to others what He intends for you, and vice versa. Besides, the grass always looks greener from the other side. And if by chance the other grass happens to be greener, understand that it requires more work, consistency, and time to get and keep that greener grass. Maybe if you invested the extra work and time, and consistently did so, your grass would be as green if not greener than the other.
