“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;”
Isaiah 61:1 ESV
Father thank You for this day, another day that You have blessed me. I pray today for those who are blinded by their fear and hopelessness, who don’t see the blessings of their life. Bring them peace within Father. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
We’re at a time where we’re being pitted against each other based on our religions, gender, ethnicities, nationalities, socioeconomic status, and more. People are feeling torn, broken, beaten down, and forgotten. They are looking for guidance, for leadership, but unfortunately they are looking in all the wrong places. They are turning from common sense towards what they think is immediate gratification, but in actuality it’s a slow degradation. How far will we fall as a human race before we either wake up and atone, or face our biggest nightmare?
God is and always has been the answer. Pray my brothers and sisters. Pray.
