Breaking Bread For 4.24.20

Scripture

Be silent before the Lord and wait expectantly for Him…

Psalm 37:7

Reflection

Turn off the technology throughout the day to sit in silence and hear Him. Do not feel pressured or give in to having noise as your comforter and company, instead be filled with joy at the thought and reality of God filling all perceived and actual voids.

Before you start your day let it start with silence as you listen to Him; let it grow into a conversation, not your monologue, with Him.

Throughout your day look and listen for Him through the noise and darkness.

When your day comes to an end, do not be quick to fall into old religious patterns of prayer, but rather sit, and refrain from doing or saying anything.

Just sit.

For as long as it takes for you to hear, listen, process, understand, and obey.

Prayer

I am here Father.

Love always,

Natasha
