Breaking Bread For 7.17.20

Scripture

Relieve the troubles of my heart and free me from my anguish…. May integrity and uprightness protect me, because my hope, lord, is in you.

Psalm 25:17, 21

Reflection

We all backslide from time to time; that’s what keeps us from truly demonstrating our perfectness in God and separates us from leading beautifully spiritual lives in complete peace and harmony.

Ask God to lift you up out of your situation and place you into the realm of joy, accepting with that all of the responsibilities expected of you.

To be upright your head must be up and your eyes open, your heart must be warm and softened, your shoulders must be erect and strong enough to carry the load that will come, your thoughts must be clean, and the words that come out of your mouth must be said in love and respect. Your actions must be aligned with your thoughts and words.

Ask and you shall receive.

Hold on to hope!

Prayer

Father forgive me, help me, cleanse me, heal me, hold me, comfort me, protect me, uplift me—save me from myself; save me from those who would do me harm. Save me from my fears, save me from the negative influence of others; save me from my ego, shame, and pride. In Your son Jesus’ name I humbly and faithfully pray. Amen.

Love Always,

Natasha
