Breaking Bread For 10.6.21

Scripture

And God spoke to Israel in a vision at night and said, “Jacob! Jacob!”
“Here I am,” he replied.

Genesis 46:2

Reflection

When you hear that voice telling you to do something great, or not do something foolish, do you listen and obey? When you hear your name but no one acknowledges that they called on you, do you stop and seek out God?

When you are awakened late at night or early morning by a voice, a shift, a stir—yet no one is there, do you stop and pray for God to reveal what He wants you to see or hear?

Do you acknowledge that it is not your mind but His Mind that makes all things possible in your life? Do you acknowledge that the grace and favor in your life is not by your doing, but by God’s? Do you acknowledge that the gentle yet firm voice you hear, pointing you in the right direction is His? Do you acknowledge that only through His son Jesus Christ will you find your way, know the truth, see the correct model to replicate, and reach the promised land of eternal life?

If you have doubts about any of this then you must prepare yourself for the next level of faith that Jesus and God will guide you through. If you are a non-believer you must prepare to walk into the understanding of belief. If you are a conditional believer you must prepare to walk into the understanding of God’s unconditional love and the blessings that come from your complete belief in Him and what He has, is, can, and will do for you. If you are a believer you must be prepared for an even greater level of faith-walking—without question, hesitation, second-guessing, manipulation, or backing down.

Are you ready for the next level?

Are you ready to tune out those who are not yet at your level and do not understand that what God has called on you to do is for you to realize and fulfill, not them? Are you ready to demonstrate and testify to your healings and revelations through Christ? The most difficult thing is not saying you’re a believer—it’s answering and obeying Him without delay, and living your life as He desires.

We can start by daily testifying to and demonstrating through love, God’s power, dominion, will, and grace over and in our lives. Are you ready?

Prayer

Father, I want to always be in tune with You, connected, and ready every moment, for whenever You call on me faintly or boldly. While I sleep I pray that I might always hear You, let my dreams work through any issues and let them plant the seeds of innovative and bold thinking.

Lord, I want to thank You for all that You are doing to change me, to mold me, to make me the best person that I can be. Thank You for the provisions that have sustained and nurtured me. Thank You for the lessons that once learned have provided me with great knowledge to pass on.

I see a great legacy beyond my time here and it can only be possible with, through, and by You. Thank You Father. Humbly I pray to always see and walk on Your lighted path. Amen.

Love,

Natasha
