Breaking Bread For 11.18.21

Scripture

Bread gained by deceit is sweet to a man, But afterward his mouth will be filled with gravel.

Proverbs 20:17

Reflection

We always reap what we sow. So be mindful of the things that you do and say in order to get ahead in life.

We all have pitfalls, setbacks, disappointments, and failures; but we can all succeed in life by doing good, living right, and being honest. Trust and rely upon God to provide, in and on His time, understanding that He sees the big picture that you don’t see.

Prayer

Father, thank You for blessing me. There are times when I desire things that maybe I want but I don’t need, and I am grateful that You keep me in line so that I receive only what I need, and I learn my lesson for ill gotten gains.

Father, I would rather defer my gratification than to receive something that I didn’t earn, especially if I was being deceptive, not genuine, or inauthentic. Father, bless me as You see fit. Mold me into your perfect image and protect me from harm that I may cause myself and harm from others.

I trust and believe in You Lord, and I apologize for any moments where my faith and hope are not crystal-clear. In Your Name I pray. Amen.

I love you all. Have an incredible day. Be a blessing to others. Be the positive and loving example in the world that you want to see.

Love,

Natasha
