Natasha’s Daily Scripture, Prayer, and Reflection for 12.22.17

They spend their days in wealth, and in a moment go down to the grave.

Job 21:13

Father let my days here on earth be so humbled that the only wealth I seek is from You. Let me be so humbled that I am only moved and motivated by You.

Father I pray for long days to serve Your Kingdom here, that I may serve longer when my life here ceases to exist. I don’t want my focus to be on money, what I’m lacking, or the things that I desire but don’t necessarily need.

I want my focus to be on You and doing exactly what is required as Your ambassador. I don’t want my time here on earth to be in vain or to be disrespectful to You and Your plan. You point and I will follow Father. Amen.

Let our focus be on God and living His plan for us, not focusing on our plans and trying to get God to do for us. Our wealth and riches come from Him. When we are money-centered we remove God from His place in our lives, and leave ourselves open for manipulation and temptation by the outside world. Re-focus!

Have an incredible Friday and be a blessing to others.
